However, farmers market are actually very useful, not only for communities, but also for the earth. They have a welcoming environment, and they are a great place to get to know the locals. So why don't you support farmers markets and their small businesses? Do you know how important they actually are?                                                   Farmers markets provide more healthy food options and access to fresh produce.  Locals may have few options when it comes to healthy foods. They may feel unsatisfied with the produce at the grocery stores and wish to have more choices. The farmer market is a great way to diversify your food selection at home.                                                          W ho influences your plate? Many large companies spend millions of dollars so that you want to buy their product. They have so many advertisements that most of your decisions end up being  unconscious. People have become so used to being influenced by the world around them that they end up making the wrong choices. All of the huge food industries above are very influential, but also so unhealthy. Though there is more awareness of how unhealthy their food is, people continue to be influenced by them. Why is this?
