Do you actually see the value of eating a substantial meal in the morning? I am sure you have heard the saying “Breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince; dinner like a pauper.” Breakfast is a very important start to the day. This may sound ridiculous to some. Many people these days do not take time to actually eat breakfast. They do not see its importance, and would rather wait until lunch time when they are much hungrier. Only 44% of Americans are said to eat breakfast every morning ( Black EOE Journal .) That is much less then it should be. Breakfast is actually, despite people's lack of interest in it, a very important aspect of one's day. Some people are passionate about their health and food choices. Others simply do not care. If people fully understood food processes and what they are actually putting in their body, they might feel differently this matter.
